Our vision for the group is to attract like-minded people who want to achieve something. Walk, run, bike, swim. People that maybe haven’t had the confidence to take on a challenge or maybe have completed a challenge, enjoyed it and want to go longer or bigger. We have experts from all fields and walks of life who will be hosting online seminars, running Q&A sessions and giving advice to help build our members confidence. Generic training plans are available or for a reasonable cost, bespoke training plans can be built. There will be a monthly Facebook Live seminar, a monthly podcast and Weekly group runs of 5k & 10k where members can meet, share stories and experiences and have company on a run.
