Whether you are looking at getting active again or improving your fitness, we have the plan and team to help you reach your goals. If you want to experience your first Parkrun or improve your 10k, half marathon or marathon times. We have dedicated leaders in run fitness and experienced runners that can give you a detailed plan and guide you to success. We are not only limited to helping people with running, we have experienced triathletes, cyclists and swimmers that can help you build a programme if those type of events appeal to you.
Our vision for the group is to attract like-minded people who want to achieve something that would generally be considered ‘out of their comfort zone’. Walk, run, bike, swim. People that maybe haven’t had the confidence to take on a challenge or maybe have completed a challenge, enjoyed it and want to go longer or bigger.
We have a group training session every Thursday where members can meet, share stories, experiences and have a coached training session.
