We are not only limited to helping people with running, we have experienced triathletes, cyclists and swimmers that can help you build a programme if those type of events appeal to you.
Our vision for the group is to attract like-minded people who want to achieve something. Walk, run, bike, swim. People that maybe haven’t had the confidence to take on a challenge or maybe have completed a challenge, enjoyed it and want to go longer or bigger. We plan to have experts from all fields and walks of life doing online seminars and Q&A’s giving advice and building confidence.
Generic training plans available or more tailored ones at a reasonable cost. There will be a monthly Facebook Live seminar, a monthly podcast and group runs of 5k & 10k where members can meet, share stories, experiences and have company on a run, which we have heard some people struggle to do and hopefully have a drink afterwards.
